Self
A place to pause, wonder, and remember
who or what you are beneath the noise.
Because these practices are never a return just to our small self - our body, our thoughts, our stories. It’s also a return to the bigger Self. That vastness we touch when wonder cracks us open. When we pause long enough to be moved by the slowness of clouds in the sky, the round moon rising, the sun coloring the horizon, the simple strangeness of being alive - we remember our belonging.
That sense of awe is not separate from practice — it is the practice. It is one of the simplest and most profound ways in. And in many ways, it’s exactly what tantra points to: the sacred in the ordinary, the recognition that everything arises from the same source. It isn’t about escaping life — it’s about returning, again and again, to both the intimacy of our own being and the vastness that holds us.

In this free 75min. session we'll do precisely that: to return to ourselves through meditation and/in movement. It’s also a little taste for whoever is curious about ORIGINS, the 25h training in October. But it is also a standalone session for anyone who needs nourishment and slowness.
