The ATTUNEMENT SERIES are three short meditations that will invite you to give your brain a rest and (re)attune to the intelligence of your body. You can do them over the course of a day or just whenever you need.

I believe too often we forget or even deny how intelligent our amazing bodies are. They are the result of millions of years of evolution. It started out with a single cell and became what our human body is today. Life itself carefully tried out, selected and improved it's blueprint and all of this innate wisdom is packed in your body-mind!
