YIN XL + POETRY

One day you will look back and find:
even in the slow moments, you did not stop growing.

-- Morgan Harper Nichols

In Traditional Chinese Medicine spring is connected to the element of wood and the idea of growth. Think of a seed sprouting beneath the surface of the earth trying to maneuver its way up to the light. It is only normal that on its way up the growing seed will encounter obstacles and restistance.

In this 1,5h live online session reflect on what this means for you, as human you are part of nature and often go through the same processes. What resistances and agitations do you encounter and what do they show you? Often they are a doorway to growth rather than a mere roadblock. And contrary to what we might think, allowing slowness is actually as much part of growth as movement. Through gentle long held postures, silence and journaling in this extra long session we will create space to listen to those stories we carry inside, encouraged by soothing poetry.

Are you not able to join live? No worries! A recording of this session will be available for one week.
